Our Facility

Facilities include:

 

  • Large covered arena

  • Grass arena (open when dry, subject to weather)

  • 10 + Covered yards

RDA holds a number of open arena days on the weekends and during the holidays. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page (@RDADUNEDIN) for these open days and booking information. 

Riders must abide by the arena rules which are as follows:

 

  • Hats and boots must be worn at all times

  • Riders must be respectful at all times 

  • No inappropriate language, abuse or attitude 

  • Always pick up any poo, regardless of who left it

  • Make sure you lock the gate after you

  • Take rubbish away with you

 

Please note: DRDA IS PRIVATE PROPERTY - Entry to the DRDA facility is by appointment only.

 

Poor behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate cancellation of your entry and/or a refusal of any further entry. 

 

Speaking or publishing (including social media networks and mainstream media) any disparaging remarks about Dunedin Riding for the Disabled, its supporters, clients, staff or volunteers is treated very seriously by DRDA and may prohibit use of the facilities.
